Through a field survey carried out in February 2022, with family visits and questionnaire application on specific neighborhoods in the city ofAriquemes/RO, it was possible to identify how many families experience a situation of social vulnerability in terms of health, social, economic, educational or other emerging factors. An old dream of the matriarch and enhanced by the ideals of the Torrente Family, in that same year the project to design a community center associated with education as fundamental pillars for human development began to take shape. A center for living together and strengthening values began to be conceived by the Group, whose main objective is based on the defense and affirmation of rights and on the development of capacities and potentials through the offer of services and actions that contemplate all life cycles, from day care center to children while others are working, passing through socio-educational workshops in sports,handicrafts, cooking, sweets and others activities required by other groups like parents, women, elderly and teenagers, focusing on achieving emancipatory alternatives to face social vulnerability up to the monitoring of families assisted by the project with social assistants and psychologists besides referral to the social and special protection projects.

It is the idea that through stimulation and guidance, strengthened by encouraging socialization and community coexistence, it is possible to awaken family integration and enhance the ability to facing the social vulnerabilities of the family group, through the development of knowledge and training .

• The construction of the facilities that will shelter the community center and the kindergarten school are budgeted at approximately R$ 12,000,000.00 of which approximately R$ 2,800,000.00 have already been invested. With the project ending in December 2023, we estimate the start of activities for the2024 school year for a maximum teaching capacity of 106 children.
