This communication channel enables any interested party to report in a safe, responsible and anonymous manner, any conduct or suspected irregularities, including, but not limited to: deviations from anti-corruption laws and the policies of the Anti-Bribery, Bribery, Corruption, Money Laundering and Fraud Management System; Violations of the Human Rights Policy such as moral, sexual, discriminatory, virtual, political and/or electoral, organizational harassment, abuse of power or harassment by authority, psychological violence at work or retaliation; child labor, forced labor, human trafficking, or degrading working conditions; violation of freedom of association; unsafe or unhealthy working conditions; environmental irregularities; discrepancies related to the responsible sourcing of minerals; irregularities involving suppliers, service providers and other business partners as well as any non-compliance with policies, codes, internal rules and legal requirements applicable to the TOR Group.
