Ribeirão Preto
In November 1999, the history of the White Solder Group begins. As a very clear vision of the various steps that should be followed for the expansion of activities along the tin production chain, the first business unit to be established was the soldering and alloying factory in Ribeirão Preto – SP.
Incorporated by the holding company TOR Participações in 2007, White Solder – São Paulo Unit was created to serve the domestic market of tin, solders and tin-based alloys.
Subsequently, due to the strategy of international expansion of its products, this unit began to export tin, solders, and alloys to various parts of the world.
Today, White Solder has global operations and has international approvals in several corporations that are consumers of tin-based products. Specialized in serving large companies or highly demanding companies in terms of quality, White Solder excels in the long-term relationships it has with its costumers and, for this, considerable investments have been required over the years in order to control the tin production chain. Today, White Solder is one of the few soldering and alloying factories that has its own tin smelting and also operates in the mining of cassiterite, giving a real guarantee of supply and making it possible to make high-volume, long-term commitments with its customers.
